Excel – Intermediate

Learn how to automate repetitive tasks and save time.

This Excel training is for intermediate users who know their way around a spreadsheet and want to take their skills to the next level.

What you will learn about:

  • Find and replace – search across multiple worksheets or even an entire workbook with just a few clicks.
  • Work with Auto-fill – save time by automatically suggesting and completing the rest of an entry or text based on previously entered information
  • Text Functions – automate repetitive tasks, saving you significant time and effort
  • Protecting and sharing a workbook – safeguard the contents of your worksheet, restricting edits while still enabling other users to view the data
  • Hyperlinks – create a shortcut that jumps to another location in your current document or opens another document
  • Formulas -provide the flexibility to create custom calculations tailored to your specific needs. When the values in referenced cells change, formulas automatically recalculate the result
  • Functions – a powerful way to capture and save a working solution that lets you repeat the solution again with perfect accuracy
  • Charts – visualise data to present information in a clear and concise way
  • Chart Dashboards – allow charts, formulas, and visualisations to update automatically as data changes, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.

Please bring your laptop with Excel loaded for a hands-on workshop facilitated by the very experienced and knowledgeable Cathi Barker from Software Solutions.
