Natalie Turner-Wright

Group Volunteer Coordinator

Natalie grew up in South East London and came to Aotearoa in 2011, initially living in Auckland and working at Middlemore Hospital. A couple of years later, she moved to Tauranga, drawn by the ocean, the people, and the lifestyle. She now lives in Pāpāmoa with her whānau and continues to be actively involved in the local community.

A trained Social Worker with 16 years’ experience, Natalie has worked across government organisations, District Health Boards, and local charities like Canteen. She has a strong commitment to supporting people and communities, and a growing interest in sustainability, having completed a micro-credential in Leading Beyond Sustainability.

In this role Natalie brings together her passion for people and her  interest in sustainability.

“Volunteering creates powerful opportunities for connection and impact, and I’m excited about what can be achieved when communities, businesses and organisations work together.”
